Goal of the seminar
- To clarify the impact of ergonomics not only on safety but also on quality and efficiency of work
- To get acquainted with the basic rules and principles of ergonomic work in the production process and in the office
- Explain terms such as working cockpit, range, gold zone
- Practically try to perform an ergonomic audit in the workplace and design a new workplace with the help of cardboard simulation (cardboard engineering)
- Explain what low-cost automation is and how to optimize your workplace without the need for extensive investment
- To acquaint with current trends and SW tools in the field of ergonomics
- Inspire in the form of Best Practice Demonstrations during a plant tour moderated by a management representative
- In the form of workshops and a practical part of training in the operation of the company to learn to correctly apply the information in practice
