  • Participants who have not undergone Lean Basics training will receive a consultation on the basic lean tools and possible refresher training before starting.
  • During the training, students will solve a project according to the A3 methodology using the lean tool Value Stream Mapping (VSM) or Process Mapping (PM) with a minimum target of 150 000 CZK annual benefit.
  • The project must be started and completed during the study period, or proof of benefit must be demonstrated by verification - a test.
  • Graduates who pass the final exam will receive a Lean Senior Certificate.
  • Seminars will be conducted in various companies with advanced lean implementation - benchmarking where teams will apply lean methodologies.
  • The study starts on August 28 in FRAENKISCHE CZ Okříšky and ends in mid-May 2024.
  • Price: 132.000 CZK (does not include transport, accommodation and catering of participants)
 
 
 
Lean Academy seminars include:
  • Practical focus of the training - at least 60% of the practical part
  • Learning by inspiration - seminars are held directly in partner companies, e.g. Continental Automotive, FRAENKISCHE CZ, ABB, Siemens, Maier CZ, BOS CZ, Busch Production, etc.)
  • The locations of the seminars are changing
  • Result-oriented - students present the results of the practical part directly to the company management
  • Seminars are led by experienced lecturers with years of experience in the field of corporate management, continuous improvement, mentoring and coaching
  • During their studies, students are assigned a project in which they implement some of the lean methodologies directly in their companies  
 
 

It is also possible to sign up for individual seminars depending on your interest in a particular topic.
  • Graduates of each seminar receive a Certificate of Participation                                    
  • The price of the seminar is 7 000 CZK excluding VAT/day/participant
