Goal of the seminar
- Become familiar with the methodologies of lean logistics
- Point out the interconnection of internal logistics and production
- Get inspired by practical examples of lean logistics
- Provide participants with possible procedures to streamline the flow of materials and products
- Practically try systems for controlling inventory movement in the production process - Kanban, Supermarket and others
- Explain the differences between Pull and Push system
- Define line boundaries and playroom to try supplying a train to Mizusumashi
- Through the use of workshops and practical part of in-service training to learn to apply the information correctly in practice
