In the company you will see especially the following:
• Logistics system with kanban and mizusumashi
• Training center - a system of training new employees
• Technical audits of production lines, performed by foremen with the support of the foreman
• Takara, Henkaten, 5S and visual management on production lines
• Combining Czech and Japanese culture
• Jishuken - detailed analysis of problems using PDCA methodology to increase the efficiency of selected production lines
