Workshop Objectives:
- To learn about practical examples of automation and logistics
- Experience of participating in the design of an automation project
- Exchange of experiences among participants
Workshop Agenda:
- Introduction of ZF Passive Safety Czech
- Presentation on the implementation of automation in production and logistics
- Gemba walk with automation demonstrations
- Selection, assignment and data for teams to design automation or low cost automation, one team in manufacturing, one team in logistics
- Management participation in the final presentation of the teams' results
